portfolio > studies of sensing & seeing

Studies of Sensing & Seeing examines interrelationships between our senses and surroundings in shaping perceptions of belonging, place and cultural identity. These material and light studies merge fictional and real spaces to form a symbolic journey towards home/self. The material experiments and process of making these densely layered objects became more important than the outcome. Check back for recordings of surface textures, iridescent paint chips, colorful cloths, instructions for light and more.
