Michele King is a visual artist based in San Francisco. The intersection of memory and place are frequently the subject of her work. Her paintings are built in layers with a mixture of mediums that weave contrary perspectives together, such as looking inward while examining the external world. She also does experimental projects that investigate the hidden histories/stories within places and objects.
